Need support to keep going - Plant based diet

Lost 45 pounds on a plant based diet, but havent been dutiful to it for 3 months. I maintained my loss but I have 75 pounds more to go and looking for like-minded people.

    Try juicing, smoothie and plain soups made from beans and peas an veggies for at least one meal a day like lunch or dinner. You can prepare the soups at home freeze it for up to a week the smoothies/juices last 1 to 2 days before nutrition is loss.
