I've been doing Whole30 for 10 days now and currently my biggest worry is what the scale will say at the end. Did I mention I can't weigh myself all month for this challenge?
I'm currently at 285 which is about 10 pounds shy of how far I got back in 2012 with this site. However, I didn't have the muscle mass I had back then either.
Anyone have experiences with Whole30?
