We all have those days. Bleh.

My day was ok for food. I kept on plan, which made me pleased. But please know that I have fallen down plenty of times. What's important is that we keep moving forward.

I noticed that you said you weren't sure how to friend people. I can help with that!

If you look at all the comments from these lovely people here on your comments, you'll see there are photos (or a default outline of a person) to the left of their comments. If you click on their photo (or that standard outline of a person) you'll navigate to their Spark Page. On the upper right, below their SparkPoints you'll see a box "Interact with KrissyN1963" for example. Right below that is a button. "Add as Sparkfriend." Click that button and you will have added that person as a friend.

    I hope this helps!!

Been there done that! About a month ago,i was doing ok at a pit luck dinner. I was very careful with all the good choices. Then I checked the dessert table. I planned to take a small piece of one. It all looked so good. I pigged out. Sigh!
