OMG, it has been a hard day. Going in hard yesterday like a mad woman at the gym wasn't the best thing to do. I was terribly sore but only my thighs. My legs, arms and back was good surprisingly. Unfortunately, in my line of work I do a lot of "up, down, up down" so my thighs hurting was awful. I need a powerful recovery drink....."Anyone with Suggestions". Something I can get from my local whole foods store of GNC.
