Greatest Weigh In Of ALL TIME!

Okay, so not really of ALL TIME, but MY greatest weigh in of ALL TIME! emoticon All I can think about is wanting to make a speech, like the guy from the movie Clueless when he has the most tardy's in the entire class!

Without further ado, here is my week 1 weigh in for BLC!

Never in my life, not even at my biggest have I lost 11 pounds in a week! I couldn't have done it all by myself, let me tell you who I should thank....

First I have to thank Arby's for being my farewell, about to start the BLC dinner that was packed with sodium!

I'd also like to thank TOM for showing up right as the challenge was starting for that extra water weight bloat.

I have to thank myself, for being off track for the better part of a year and gaining back a loooooooooooooooooooooot of weight. No seriously, it really was a genuine first week water weight loss thing because I had been so far off track.

I will however give some credit where credit is due, I only gained a little over 2 pounds from the week prior to starting BLC. I am going to say that was Arby's and TOM working together but I have been 232-234 for quite a while now.

It was the motivation of the challenge, as well as the motivation of the side bet between my two Minnesota friends where the winner gets a Luke Bryan shirt at the concert that kept myefocused! TOM leaving and taking this bloat with him was truly a blessing and I will try to keep that weight off.

As I head to Vegas this Friday I have a plan in place and hope that I am strong enough to stick with it. I will be eating at the buffet once, but the buffet does not mean you have to gorge yourself, just as we are eating out another night but I can still track and make good choices. I have just gotten back on track, so I can't afford to go face first into "vacation mode" where I eat everything in sight. So I am going to try to stay on top of things.

My Uncle decided to raise the stakes on me. He has had his Disneyland pass for two years along with me and has gone with me on several trips. He had decided this September he would not be renewing his pass.... well he said if I win the big Luke Bryan bet with my friends he will renew his pass for another year of Disney fun! I love how much my family really wants me to do well and wants me to get back to where I was (and beyond), and how supportive they are! This has been a great week! emoticon
