Quick update

I have not been here for awhile. Like most of us here I continue to struggle with my weight and behavior towards my goal. Although I still remain in one-der-land I pat myself for maintaining the weight I have lost.
Starting over isn't always easy but quitting isn't an option, quitting is giving up and no matter how many times I start over, it is better and healthier than quitting.

    Big congratulations for keeping the weight off!!!! Maintenance is MUCH harder to do than lose weight!

    I agree with A44983: Quitting is a permanent thing and all you did was take a break. No shame in that.
    Besides - you even managed to take a break and not gain!!! Now that is something to celebrate!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I stopped viewing it as quitting. Because even when I lack motivation I am aware of my choices and make more good ones. Congratulations on maintaining and keep on heading to your goal.
