Well, here I am sparkles! Sorry for being gone. My break actually helped me to refocus on my goals. I discovered that I need a little help regarding my appetite, and so I started taking resolution drops last week. So far they are working. You see, exercise has never been a issue for me. Actually maintaining consistency with my eating, mindless eating and just having control over my appetite has been a issue since I got serious about losing. After trying different appetite suppressants, a friend of mine recommended the drops. I read up on them and was pleased with what I read. This isn't something I'll stay doing. Just until I feel that I have my appetite under control.
In addition to the drops, I joined the 5% Summer challenge which I know from previous experience will help me with staying motivated and on track. I feel confident about June and I'm ready to grab the bull by the horns!
