On track, feeling good!!

Got back on track and had a good weekend. Monday's weigh-in saw wt finally in the 160's, not by much but anything below 170 is good!!
Have had some good paddles and doing weight/toning work out altho missed this morning's to mow the lawn of where I'm housesitting. First time ever on a ride'em lawn mower and no wrecks. Don't burn a lot of calories but managed to get the lawn finished before grass got too soggy from heavy rain.
Have been focusing on eating a lot of salads. Made a turkey very vegetable soup for the weekend and that really helped too, plus was yummy!! Going to ask DHubby to make a pot so it's there when I arrive home Friday nite at 10ish.
Have reached resolve on how to deal with 1 difficult situation that's causing lot of stress; now just 1 other situation/person to deal with and life will be easy breezey. ROFLMFO!! like that would ever happen!
