Thoughts of the day

Just some thoughts I wanted to share. These past weeks I've experienced both very sad events and very happy ones. I have come to realise that life is short and fleeting and we must try to keep the goodness in our hearts. Memories of happy times, love we've experienced, accomplishments we are proud of, people we have touched in positive ways as well as the people who have affected us , taught us and truly cared for us. Life has become too complicated and difficult with far too many obstacles for many of us. Things that are beyond our control to change. Things we must accept and come to terms with in order to keep our sanity and health for the sake of our children and families. So whoever is reading this, please, let go of the bad memories, the guilt, the anger, the jealousy, the failures, the regrets and look forward. Forward to a better day. If we look at the good and simple joys that our lives have to offer us, if we smile and laugh at silly things. Take pleasure in the beauty around us. Remember that our state of mind will dictate how we live each day. Goodness, Kindness, A Pure Heart, Helpful Caring Actions, Loving Energy, Warm Words, Affectionate Embraces, A Healthy Active Lifestyle. These are the positive things we should be expressing with the people we come in contact with every day. If you do you will go to bed each night feeling lighter and wake each morning feeling brighter.
