Bags under my eyes this morning...

Woke up at 2am and tossed and turned for a couple of hours. My mind jumping from work to my chorale group/board position to house projects to money. And no surprise after eating all weekend, I reached 160.
That's 15 pounds now to lose. And my perfect fitting favorite jeans from 153 are snug and a lot less becoming. I need to wise up. I eat too much. And just walking is not enough exercise. And I have so much on my "plate" (I don't mean dinner plate here) that I don't get enough rest and stress relief.
