I'm starting again from a different approach.

I'm back after a very long time away from sparkpeople I've been at it for 2 days. Going to try a new approach. I'm going with baby steps for goals. Taking one day at a time. And taking it easy on myself when I fall short. I've been back and forth at this so many times. There are times when I can think about my attempts at weight loss and I cannot understand why its so hard, then other times it seems the most impossible of tasks. So baby steps. I'm going to try not to look to far ahead. Instead of focusing on all the weight I need to lose in order to meet my goal weight. I'm focusing on 1lbs at a time. Instead of thinking about all the bad habits i need to kick. Im going to focus on making one small change at a time. Instead of thinking about the need to workout all week. I'm just going to make it through one work out at a time. With luck I will succeed. I need to keep trying what else can I do?
