Trying to keep up with my goal

I have had motivating messages and comments from members that has been very supportive to me and has encouraged me to continue to my best under the circumstances. I completed 2 miles walking DVD from Leslie Sansome on Sunday but had to take it easy due to my back. I used to do these DVD's so easily and even with more impact than the instructor. I hope to return to those days. I did another Leslie Sansome DVD last night that was equivalent to 2 miles. It feels so good to move.

I plan to go to the rec center and do the bike for 30 minutes today.

    Do what you can and build up to working out like you used to. It takes time!

    It definitely slows our exercise down when we have back issues. I do too and so the dr only wants me to walk for exercise. I am older than you but some days even that feels difficult to do. I try to get my 10,000 steps in a day. Just be careful or you won't be walking at all. Listen to your body.
