Walking Dates are best

Hubby and I have been been walking everyday for almost two weeks now , and Geocaching on Saturdays, and munzees when we walk. So this is 2 fold , workouts and time together.
A friend of mine helped me today with a strength training list that hubby and I will be doing 3 or 4 days a week along with walking and geocaching.
I am trying to get off this flat i have reached , but my weight is not going up , so thats good .
