Hi everyone!! I hope you had a great Tuesday! I am sick today 🤒 boo 👎 For me, being sick means a lot of ginger ale and carbs. I am not really worried about it though. Just trying to focus on getting better. If that means I gain back a few ounces then so be it. I will just play catch up tomorrow when I am (hopefully) feeling better. Just though I would show everyone how I keep track of my water throughout the day. This way I make sure I get in my 8 cups without losing track. It also helps light a fire under my butt when it's the afternoon and I look down and see I'm only on bottle 2. Time to go back to bed! Goodnight! Weight: 153.6lbs (-2.4lbs) Up 0.2lbs from yesterday but most likely because I am very bloated from this stomach bug.
