Day 3

Hi everyone!! Today went way too fast. I didn't even accomplish half of my to do list. Oh well!! I will just add it to tomorrow's list. Since becoming a mom I never get my list done anyway. Lol

Diet wise my day was so so. I stayed in my calorie range, but on the higher end. My sodium was high but I did drink a lot of water so hopefully I won't have too much water weight gain when I weigh in tomorrow morning.

I got in one good workout today. I would have liked to have done another but it seemed like I blinked and now it's after midnight so it will have to be enough for today. It's funny though that not to long ago, if I got in one workout a month it was a lot. Times have definitely changed.

Question for my fellow sparkers: Do any of you have any tasty, low calorie side dish recipes? It seem like I just rotate between a few of my go to sides and I'm looking to add more variety.
