Day 2

May 1st already. Summer is practically here and this is not a drill. Shorts, tank tops and swim suits are coming, ready or not.

Today was a good day. I got two good cardio sessions in, as well as a tabata workout and a KILLER arm workout. I stayed in my calorie range and got my 8 glasses of water.

More importantly I felt good today. I didnt feel deprived.I didnt feel like i was fighting a losing battle. I know I can get to my goal weight. Has there been some bumps along the way? Absolutely! Did I let them stop me? Absolutely not! I think that says a lot about the healthier, happier person I am becoming.

Oh, and just a pat on the back to myself, today marks four months since I quit smoking!!!
