Time sure flies.
. There is a popular saying, Dont watch the time, do what the clock does, keep ticking, keep going. This month my goals are:
1. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily
2. Exercise at least 4x a week
3. Think positive, negative emotions are a waste of time
4. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less junk food
