Days 3-7

After this post I will just do them weekly. I should really stop calling it 2 shakes + 1 meal because that very rarely happened. I think instead I'll call it 30 days of accountability! 30 days of being accountable to myself and not trying to hide anything. It has also got me into the habit of tracking even when I know my calories are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over.

I'm also celebrating 200 days meatless (as of Sunday), super excited about that! emoticon emoticon

Day 3:

Yesterday was day 3, and it got away from me in terms of food and time. Started with a dentist appointment, a planned lunch at the Veggie Grill, and a trip to Costco. My mom helped me with some Spring Cleaning lol, and we had a late night run to In-N-Out! I had animal fries and a grilled cheese. Pair that with the Buffalo Bomber from Veggie Grill and it was not a good day for food... Delicious but not good. emoticon I said I would post everything for 30 days so here it is! #accountability #evenwhenithurts #meatless #latepost #thegoodthebadandtheugly

Day 4:

Taking the spring cleaning to the pantry and freezer level. Working on eating some of this stuff to make room for new stuff. If it's in calorie range I'm counting it as a win! #littlevictories #meatless

Day 5:

Lets just say this represents day #5 and move forward! #stillmeatless #tummytroubles #mustdobettertomorrow

Day 6:

I woke up today with a renewed sense of commitment... well the tummy ache from the Taco Bell from Day 5 actually made the choice for me! emoticon I can't keep giving my body this poison (essentially) and wondering why I feel like crap. Then the all or nothing voice tells me I should just start over at day #1 since it has been a crappy effort on my part thus far. But if I keep feeling like I have to start over every time I screw up, I will never get anywhere. Life is full of ups and downs, crap happens and nothing is ever going to be perfect. So with that in mind I just went forward and made sure that I did my best for day 6. #missionaccomplished #meatless #keepontruckin

Day 7:

I rarely drink so I will say it was worth it. Sadly I'm over my days worth of calories so let's just say I'm done eating for the day! The good news is I'm still full so that shouldn't be a problem. Tomorrows week one weigh in will be a success if I just break even! Lol! #islandsrestaurant #veggieburger #meatless
