Everything starts tomorrow

Today Ive been outside doing yard work; weeding, cut the grass (large yard), trimmed rose bushes (8), trimmed hedges, cleaned up what got cut off, and there is still A LOT to do. So now with my arms covered in scratches I sit here thinking about tomorrow. I plan to head to the gym. The thing is, is that it will be at 430 in the morning.

I still have housework to do tonight plus a shower and we are still unsure about dinner. Fix something or get something out. (Its 5 right now) And I wanna be in bed by 830.

Like I said I wanna get up 4, eat something, do some yoga, and then head to the gym. I wrote out what I plan to do and its around 80 minutes. I should be home just after 6 and then my cousin should be dropping off the girls by 630. I think their dad is getting them so I should have them till 330. My aunt will get home around 440 so that gives me 50 minutes to rest and get dinner together. After dinner we are heading back out to do more yard work.

Tuesday I plan to get up 4 and exercise here at home. Gym days are MWF and at home days are TRS. Sundays are at gym days but not at 4 in the morning. I dont know what time I will be going but this day is for cardio only.

Im going to be dead this week but Im not going to give up. I need to just get use to it and then it would be easy for me.
