So I am back to sparking after being gone for a long time. In that time I lost all my weight and then gained it all back. OUCH. I had some big things happen right before I started to gain my weight back. My baby girl graduated high school turned 18 and my 20 year anniversary for graduating. From there it just spiraled down. I thought I had had a handle on my emotional eating and then I didn't and I just couldn't stop. I also had never ever been that weight. I got down to 143. Me a girl who from high school wore size 12 and higher. I had my friends telling me how skinny I looked and I didn't know how to handle it honestly. I liked that I looked better for sure all though it creeped me out when a man would really flirt or look at me differently. With all of the emotional items that happened all at the time I started to gain back I just couldn't maintain. I am finally ready to get back at it full speed ahead. I did it before I can do it again though I don't know if I want to be Down at 140 to 145 I am thinking more of the 150's I believe I looked and felt good at that weight. I sometime want to kick myself since I have to start ALL over. I actually stated back to loss weight at 199. When I got on the scale that day it was a wake up call. I said hello am I really going to go back into the 200's or am I gonna get back on the path and find the healthy me. So here I am. I am weighing in on Friday morning so we will see this weeks progress tomorrow morning. I can say I am really proud of my self that I got over 10,000 steps every day this week with 12467 being my lowest day and with 2 days hitting just over 18,000. Only 1 day I didn't burn over 3000 calories. That day I hit 2919 so I was so close. I drank over a gallon of water every day and logged all my food. I would say this was an awesome sparking week. I am excited for many many many more weeks like this to get back on track and on the healthy road or new habits and choosing the right for the right reasons 😊🎉😊
