I discovered that the earlier I get up the more important it is to have breakfast before it's time for a morning snack. Otherwise I get too hungry and will scarf down whatever is in sight. So I had breakfast two and a half hours after I got up this morning when I had already done some physical work and gotten too hungry. Fortunately I remembered what I was going to eat ( my plan from last night!) and ate it, but I think I should have eaten it before my belly rumbled and complained that I hadn't fed it for hours and hours!
