0 Shakes + 2 Meals: Day 2 (Oops)

Again, just sharing my Facebook posts. I will admit HERE that I knew I wouldn't be perfect but I didn't expect to "mess up" so quickly. I still consider a day within calorie range a success, and I am glad I am posting regardless of if I'm doing as well as I had originally hoped or not LOL. ;)
I am not upset with my food choices, I lost 90 pounds initially eating whatever, counting calories and portioning. Everything was portioned, accounted for and in calorie range... but the goal of eating 2 shakes and 1 meal was definitely not met today.
The most random arrangement of food you will ever see. Mac & cheese, 2 mozzarella sticks and a vegetarian tamale! This is what happens when you haven't eaten all day, you're in a hurry to eat something quick and easy and you just cooked your bro mozzarella sticks! I learned the hard way that quick and easy isn't filling, so the potato nachos were a second meal. Then by the time I realized I didn't have my morning shake, it was time for bed. This is 2 meals and no shake day. The good news is my calories are well within range, even with the Strawberry Refresher from Starbucks! I guess I need to do a better job of planning! #oops #failtoplanplantofail #nothealthybutstillmeatless
