I didn't have to work today but had several things on my to-do list that really needed to be done. I'd been falling behind on some of my spring choirs. I also planned to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise. That portion of my to do list was a fail. I don't feel as bad though. My daily step goal is 8k. In the midst of my cleaning and laundry, I managed to hit 8k+ steps and lift a few set of weight in between loads. Who know's I may be able to get another 500-1000 steps before bed. 12,000 step goal before bed. I can do this.
