I have discovered that people who work generally exercise AFTER work hours, and those are the prime hours for that. I prefer to exercise mid to late morning, but will do it later in the day if I am up to it and that time is taken up by something else. Flexibility is the key to getting in your exercise.

Hmmmm, people prefer morning runs, but more people run in the late afternoon? No wonder people are grumpy!
