On Hiatus Due to a Fall

Just about 2 weeks ago I fell down some concrete steps. Apparently, the fall looked worst than the injury. I injured my lower right leg and bruised a bit of my hip and back. The only pain I felt was on the right knee which got scraped.
Had my doctors check up last week and he says my injuries were just superficial. My workout were at a bare minimum. So now I feel much better and ready to get back into the swing of things.
I did enjoy myself playing dominoes. By the way I still lost some weight, got to go track that.
