The weekend here means a little more time----
More time to get a longer walk in----
-not as much stress to get himself off to work--
And if I'm lucky, Himself just might help me vacuum---

--more time to think about healthy foods---
--get the water into the frig ready to drink--
--more time to read "Beck"---
Smiling at "older" people----perhaps call a grown up child--tell him/her you love them---(even if they don't appear to care)--
Oh-----and feed the birds--They are on the move!
