Mother Nature is waiting!

Monday, April 11, 2016

Yesterday was Grand Daughter's Confirmation ---
Son#3 (her Dad) and her Mom had a celebration for her---
-----with a cake---
----AND-----I ATE IT! emoticon
Lord love a Duck!

I'm beginning to think , however, that Mother Nature must be stalling--
-like--waiting with the warm weather-----for me to get my act together---
---like--to stop eating cake----and get the body "Downsized"!
Maybe Mother Nature is waiting for all Sparkly people to DOWNSIZE!

Lord love a Duck!--We best make this the best day ever!

Congrats to GD! Now, hope this means you ate a piece of cake and not the entire cake! If I have to downsize for the warm weather.... Hmmm.... Better get busy!

If that's the case, I'm going to do all I can to downsize so Mother Nature will let Spring come!

Congratulations to your granddaughter! Having some cake isn't too bad, but maybe some extra steps will help get you in gear! lol Hope Mother Nature starts to cooperate.

You didn't eat the whole cake.... did you? just an reasonable serving? you may forgive yourself for being human... a human with a sweet tooth.

I sure hope Mother Nature does NOT wait Spring and Summer for all of us to find our thinner selves... 'cuz... I do not want to be responsible for everyone else missing the warmer weather... So far I have been doing a successful job of "No Change" scale-wise. I must be telling myself untruths... because I think I am doing everything right .. I know I should quit whining.

I realized that I am always going to be tempted to eat cake, or whatever at social events. I gave myself permission to eat two bites. That satisfies my sweet tooth. I don't feel deprived and am still able to celebrate!

    Your Granddaughter is beautiful.

I like your new background. emoticon

What a lovely young lady your Granddaughter is - her smile is beautiful! I pray God's will to unfold in each day of her life.

A sliver of cake, during a special celebration, will not hurt those who will not be set off into that proverbial "deep end" into temptation to continue indulging, without an end in sight, with even one bite. That "easy to tip into the deep end" gal might be me; however, I determine not to test it with emoticon --- emoticon maybe! emoticon emoticon has never been a trigger food for this gal, where emoticon could be. emoticon

emoticon We best make this the best day ever! That is until tomorrow which will become the new "today" to make the best day ever. emoticon

Our today is a bit on the nippy side - what with the rain we had overnight. Overcast & the emoticon is showing 40-degrees. However, it still is & will continue to be the best day ever! emoticon

    God bless!

Lovely photo! A piece of cake in certain occasions won't do any harm if you go back on track after it and keep your exercise up.

    What a gorgeous granddaughter!!!!

As far as Mother Nature, I'm patiently waiting for her to stop watering the flowers and start sharing the sunshine and warm weather...

Spring can't get here and stay soon enough.

    Happy Hugs to you Friend.

One piece of cake will not make a big difference in the grand scheme of your weight loss efforts. Now if you ate the whole cake . . . .

Your granddaughter looks like a fun-loving and happy child. Cherish these days and times with her: when these kids grow up they can change so fast. Have a great day - Spring really is coming!

Remember that commercial from long ago ...It's not nice to fool Mother Nature? Well Mother Nature is fooling us here. Snow on Saturday, cold yesterday and today, seems like it is spring like weather a few days, then winter like weather a few days and back again to the warm weather and on and on. Mother Nature must have had a psychotic breakdown or something or maybe she just can't make up her mind. Either way we should tell just get over it and get us our warmer weather. emoticon

Great picture of your granddaughter!! She is adorable. Congrats on her confirmation!!!
