So Im pretty much all talk no action. I cant remember the last time Ive been to the gym. Ive been trying to get to bed around 830/9 but my gram still gets up a couple times through the night and mess with the gate till I wake up. This makes me tired all through the day and I just feel like bluh.
I started watching the girls (my cousins 2 little girls, 3 month old and 3 year old) again last week and it wasnt to bad. The 3 year old likes to tell me to calm down when ever I ask her to do something lol. Its cute but gets annoying real quick. I blame Daniel Tigers Neighborhood. She calls it her cat show. Spin off of Mr Rogers.
I havent been getting up early yet but I plan to tomorrow. Tomorrow I plan to start getting up at 5. Do some yoga, fix breakfast and then wait for the girls. Next week, 18th, I want to start getting up at 4 to go to the gym. I plan to go this week after dinner Tues. Thurs. and Sat..
Im also going to get a stand for my boxing bag. Got one when I was 15 and its still hanging in my moms basement. I just need to start taking naps and I know Ill have more energy once I can stick to eating healthy.
I've been at this since September of 07 and I havent given up. Thats over 10 years now. The changes I have made have been microscopic but I try to stay positive and tell myself that that change is better than no change at all. I really need to stick to this plan. My body will get use to it, I just need to give it time.
