So I started with sparkpeople last year and I was doing really well with it. I lost weight, I was working out everyday, but for some reason I just fell off the wagon, gaining 3lbs back. I'm turning 30 this year and I would really like to lose some of this weight. I just don't want to deprive myself like I had to when I was a little. I just can't go through that again. So here I am trying again. Hopefully I can stay motivated.
