How to live each day...

Writing in my journal last night, I decided that in order to mindfully live each day I needed some sort of "new" goal each day. Writing it down in my day planner. Something simple or something that requires "work". But it must be thoughtful, as in truly something that will be positive and in some cases life changing (in a small way).

So yesterdays goal became the one I have "talked" about for months

...start a small weight strengthening program. So I found 3 exercises in a mag, clipped them out and last night after my walk I did them. Took 5-7 minutes but it is a start and will become "my habit".

Todays goal...thank God for everything. Starting with "thank you for my job", the sun shining so brightly, safely arriving at work, my lovely office, the lady the cleans the office every day and the coffee I am now going to make.
