Time to change up the workout again

Last week was the 4th and final week for the workout I was doing. So I had to find a new workout....this is 4 days of lifting with Wednesday off (cardio) Sat/Sun off (will work some cardio in). This workout uses different techniques to challenge the muscles in a new way. Drop sets and rest pause sets. Today was legs: squats 3x10 75lbs rest pause last set repping as many as you can, than racking weight for 20 seconds and repping as many as you can again....leg press 200 lbs 3x10 last set rest pause....leg extensions 3x15 55lb last set rest pause....leg curls 3x15 last set rest pause....standing calf raise 3x15 100lb drop set after last set; drop weight 20 % and rep to failure, drop 20% and rep to failure again...seated calf raise 3x15 90lb...drop set....

Also did 30 minute cardio on the bike, and then umpired a softball game....
