New Weightlifting Program Today...

I started a new program today. Erin Stern's elitebody. It was much more intense than I'm used to. Although it felt great to tax my muscles, I wasn't able to complete one of the exercises. Plank pull ups. Not even one whole rep. Oh well, now I have a new goal to achieve!! I know how great it's gonna feel to be able to do it with ease one day. Also, yesterday I spent 2 hours learning choreography to a Beyonce song, that was fun! Eating healthy has been relatively easy for me; the only thing I need to start doing is eating breakfast! It's so hard for me to eat in the am. I do drink water upon waking, that's a start! Everyday I envision my future progress, I cannot wait to reach my goals, and I get closer EVERY SINGLE DAY! Here's to us! Progressing, learning, dreaming, loving our bodies, doing what we never thought we'd be capable of; I love reading about people's successes and challenges. It helps me by being able to relate to so many others with the same goals, struggles, and achievements! WE CAN DO THIS!
