My Skinny List

I've got to learn to live like a skinny person. Then I'll become a skinny person. Here's a list of things I'm going to do to help me be skinny.
1. Logging food every day with no exceptions
2. Cardio at least 3 times a week
3. Weights 3 times a week
3. Not eating after 8 p.m.
4. Not eating while I read
5. Weighing only 1x a week
6. Eat only 1 bite of a dessert offered that I don't know the calories of.
7. If I feel hungry, drink water first.
8. Eat something small and nutritious when you truly feel hungry.
