It's weird. I wanted chocolate today while grocery shopping, but I wanted good chocolate. Some lindt dark with sea salt. So I bought it. And I had some after lunch, I still have the bar right in front of me but I'm not constantly reaching for it. I don't know where this has come from, but I really don't want sugar in my mouth every second. It's a powerful feeling, not being ruled by cravings.
