Worked out a lot yesterday! It felt amazing and I plan on doing it more often. Time to kick my butt in gear.

    Set small goals! Remember to get proper rest. On the days I don't exercise, I take casual walks and that allows my muscles to rest and get stronger! God bless you and good luck! Keep up the good work!
