Not even when that seems to be your "sport" of choice, and your hubby has left branches & logs, dropped from 40 feet in the air, on your path? He was kind enough to cut it out of my walking trail.
So yesterday I spent cleaning out my 5-drawer dresser. It now has only the sizes 16 & 18 in it. I HATE having gotten back up to a 20! But I only have 5 pair of "fat shorts" and all the clothes left in there are inspirational to my new lifestyle.
Get in those clothes or never get out of your PJs!! That isn't really a threat to me, but... I'm kicking my own lazy butt to do what I can because post-back surgery + infectious gifts from the hospital make moving & working out a bit tricky. So I'm doing what I can do.
Yesterday was organizing & purging &!today I walked 1.33 miles, logged it on ResQWalk app so the local shelter gets their little bit of money for me taking a stroll.
If you've never heard of the app and your an animal lover, please check out the free app. The walking is based on GPS so wearing on a treadmill doesn't count. And you can pause it if you need to stop walking for a bit. Every penny helps feed no kill rescue animals, just pick your shelter & get to moving those feet!
