Day 217- A struggle

Yesterday was a struggle- Had guest over so you now what that means. But I managed to go to the gym and keep my calories below 1600, which is okay- compare to 2,300 calories. I guess the gym helped a little here. Let say I burned 300 calories. Then its really 1,300 calories. According to my fitbit I am still in check. I enter my calories and it picks up my burned calories and does the calculations. Today I am starting the day light with my Starbucks Banana shake- 250 cals. Zumba at 11am (this class kills me) But its worth it. I woke up feeling lazy and thought "you don't have to work out everyday" But then every success story I've read these people work out almost everyday, if not everyday. So I am not giving myself a choice anymore. I don't have exams anymore- so if I have the time , I am going point, blanc, period. I really want to kill it today and keep cals below 1300. For lunch am having green smoothie, rice and fish around 4pm small portion off course and since I am working late, a small salad at 8pm. And with my zumba class I burn over 400 calories . I am also working so for sure I am gonna be locking in over 10,000 steps. :)-
