I have a new resolution that has nothing to do directly with weight loss, but I think it will help weight loss too. When I have a big project, if I just start, it makes me feel better. I can get a lot done in a small amount of time. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I feel on track. Along that same line of thought, I am going through my house and getting rid of anything I don't use or love. I am putting things where they go - and everything has a designated space. I really want to get my life put together.
