I decided to step on the scale today but that was a mistake because it has not budged in three weeks. I am so diacouraged. I have worked really hard for the last month and nothing has changed.
I read so much about the problems of trying to loose weight after menopause but this is just plain awfu.l
I only have two weeks left before I go on vacation so I guess that it is not going to happen.
I feel really bad about it and need some pointers from any of the older ladies who have this same problem.
How can we get that scale to move. emoticon

    Weigh n measure ur protein. Do not go over 850 calories of protein. Eliminate carbs other than oatmeal n one oz of shredded wheat. Veggies n one piece of fruit per day. One healthy fat. And exercise for 30 to 45 mins 3 to 4x fat burner.
