Update Down 203!

Hi all, I haven't posted out here in a while. I'm not as active on sparkpeople as I once was so I probably don't have the same following but posting out here anyway in hopes my progress will help motivate others that you can change.
We're halfway through March which means I've been at this for 15.5 months.
I started out at 435, I'm currently 232. I've lost 203 pounds so far and I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm continuing to push every day in both eating clean and exercise. Eating clean is key. I made changes to my diet that are sustainable because I believe that if it's hard, you can do it for a while but you won't be able to stick to it and this time I wanted it to be for life.
My current goal is to get to 225 and then work on continuing to lower my body fat % to around 10-12%. I'm currently at 18.4% (started at 42.5%). Whatever my weight is when I get there I'll be happy.
My brother started his journey about 4 months after I started mine at 320. He's currently 194 and is absolutely shredded. I've shared tips and recommendations with numerous friends and they've seen results as well. Friend of mine started at 418 in the middle of january and is currently down 50 pounds in 2 months. Another friend of mine lost 70 pounds in his first 2 months. A colleague of mine just started working out with a simple program I put together for her and she's down 8 pounds in 3 weeks. People are making changes and not excuses and I love it!
