A Week of Training

Went for a week of training for my work in Las Vegas. I did fairly well the first four day and then it went down hill from there. I am getting back to schedule tomorrow. I learned a few things, like I don't like how my body feels when I eat whatever I want. I also am not to thrilled about not knowing when I am hungry or feeling lethargic after eating more than what my body needs. The heavy feeling is atrocious. I am happy to get back on track and starting to walk on the treadmill for three miles is my goal.
