5% challenge and changes

Apparently, I haven't blogged in a while. I used to post something most days, and at least a few times a week. My last blog post was sometime in June. It has been a stressful year- at home, at work, and just overall in general. Two of my daughters have had concussions and problems from that, I am still fighting my own health issues, we lost our Chihuahua a couple of weeks ago, work has been extremely stressful, and I am just completely overwhelmed with it all. I have been walking and eating fairly healthy, avoiding allergens. I just feel bad most of the time, tired and run down.
It is almost time for a new 5% challenge, and it is time for some changes. I've been committed to walking almost every day, but I haven't been able to do much else without being totally wiped out the next day.
5% challenge Exercise Plan:
-- walking 10,000 steps per day
-- gradually getting back to strength training (it has been a while since I've been able to workout, so starting slow)
Time to get back to taking care of me, too!
