Diet is the key

3 Weeks ago I posted that it is all about diet. It is totally true. I exercise 60 minutes most days, but until I got serious about what I put in my mouth; the pounds crept back. I am now one pound from my original goal and 3 pounds from my new goal... and I feel awesome.
It is really hard, but for me it is worth it.
