New series - useful resources for working out with disability or injuries, etc .. - Part 2

It's been a little while but I've been super busy and now I finally have some time to put up a second part to the series.
Again the videos are from Youtube which I find to be a really nice resources for all type of workout.
The videos in this particular blog are all seated one and have been made by Jessica Smith from her channel Jessica Smith TV.
There's not as many in the first post but they combine both cardio and strength training and also stretches all while being seated in a chair.
I've done them several times and each time I got a great workout in without the impact on my legs and feet.
The first one is a 40 minutes cardio and strength combined :
