I wanted to thank everyone who commented on my recent blog (First blog of 2016) It really means a lot to me that so many of you would take the time to welcome me back.

Hope you are the mend. But that is life when you have kids, I remember those days, everytime the kids came home from school and 1 didn't feel well, it went through the whole family. Have all the kids got over this bug?

Yes those folks commented, and great, but what they all wanted was for you to get the feedback too. It was equally important for them to know that you came back to get the response.

I see you are a member of Keto Clarity, and other spark groups. Let me say, to push you onto a way of healthier eating, look at it the way Dr. Fuhrman does:
HEALTH = NUTRITION / CALORIES

You want to eat things with lots of nutrition, which is protein, essential fats, vitamins, minerals ... and do so while eating fewer calories. Two things come to mind, sugar, which is all calories and scores zero on any nutrient you want to look at (in other words don't eat sugar). Secondly there is the phrase "empty calories". That is really just the same idea. Empty of what? Empty of anything your body can use to build itself.
