Wednesday, March 02, 2016

Today is the second day of my healthier lifestyle. I started yesterday and stayed within the calorie allowance given to me. It was such a change that i can already tell the difference. I have tried and failed multipke times but i feel hopeful and determined to do it right this time.

Good for you and welcome to New Abilene Sparks. It would be awesome if others also went the next step and created a profile and then got out there. There is tons of information here, tracking and great support. Be a success story!

Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

Seriously moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.

Spark People research has found that people who get involved in social teams tend to be more successful in their efforts.

I want to personally invite you to join the "SparkPeople's Official Healthy Habits Challenge Team" at: http://teams.sparkpeople.com/SPOHHC and or "Seeking the Right Path to Succeed" which is a Christian team but opened to all ,at http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/

6392 Both are great teams and you will find others that will support you in your journey and you will be able to help others as well.

Oh by the way...have you ever tried Fried cardboard, don't have much favor but a nice crunch....lol....Live life today.
