Day 2

Today is the second day of my healthier lifestyle. I started yesterday and stayed within the calorie allowance given to me. It was such a change that i can already tell the difference. I have tried and failed multipke times but i feel hopeful and determined to do it right this time.

    Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".
