Flipped! Busy Day Ahead!

Well, I didn't get to make up an army of breakfast sandwiches like I had planned. I did get all my dishes washed. Then, DD wanted us to come over and have DH help her DH with a plumbing project. And we took the girls shopping. It was fun...but it kind of high-jacked my day. I didn't get to do as planned. But spending time with family is always my top priority.
So, today, I hope to finish cleaning the kitchen, get my army of breakfast sandwiches ready for the week, and try out my new cookie press. I did fix myself one breakfast sandwich this morning and ate it along with a granola bar and two mandarin oranges. It was a good breakfast...433 calories, 23 grams of protein. So, I had my "large" breakfast to start the day and plan to have a small supper to end the day so my meals will be flipped. Then, we will see how the scale reacts. Hopefully, it will be positive.
I started my timeline of things to accomplish before vacation. I think it will help a lot. I'm slowly filling things in as I think of them on the appropriate day between now and then. I hope that today is a super accomplished day and I get a lot of things ticked off my list. Even after spending all day away, when I got home last night, I had a lot of steps to do to complete my step goal. I made it! I finished at 11:30 pm...but I made it! I was proud of myself for pushing to accomplish that goal. It is important to me. I've finally gotten my stamina back and I want to keep up with it. Here's to a good Sunday! Spark on!
