I had more energy today. I got lots of housework done without becoming tired. Yay! Go me!! I didn't take a nap. Usually I become so tired that I have to have a nap (not saying there is anything wrong with naps) Hubby wanted to eat at a very fattening place for dinner. I looked at the menu before we went. I decided what I would get. (Cold ham sandwich with lettcue , tomato, and mayo on the side) I opted not to get any fries or onion rings. I did get a sweet tea but I have alloted myself 12oz of soda or tea a day and the rest is water. Since I've had only water today I didnt feel bad ordering tea. I got it in a to go cup so once I drunk it all that was it. I switched over to water. Surprisingly I couldn't eat the entire sandwich (only half) and at half I'm stuffed. I am a Lil upset that I didn't stop sooner BC I hate this stuffed feeling. I really like the full feeling. I told myself tomorrow take slower bites so that I am aware of my brain saying hey we are done! Ive always read that it takes the signal of fullness longer to reach your brain... Never thought it was true. Well tonight I am now a firm believer.
