My Day of Rest

Friday, February 26, 2016

Thank God it's Friday! Yay! I took this day to rest from intense workouts. I went grocery shopping then relaxed playing dominoes online with live people. Dominoes is one of my favorite games to play online. Once I finished playing and lost several games emoticon I still went to my basement gym and did 20 mins on my Gazelle. That went by so fast I decided to do another 20 mins, with a grand total of 40 mins on my Gazelle. There goes that idea of My Day of Rest. I am loving my streak. emoticon

Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

Seriously moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.

Spark People research has found that people who get involved in social teams tend to be more successful in their efforts.

I want to personally invite you to join the "SparkPeople's Official Healthy Habits Challenge Team" at: http://teams.sparkpeople.com/SPOHHC and or "Seeking the Right Path to Succeed" which is a Christian team but opened to all ,at http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/
groups_individual.asp?gid=66392 Both are great teams and you will find others that will support you in your journey and you will be able to help others as well.

Oh by the way...have you ever tried Fried cardboard, don't have much favor but a nice crunch....lol....Live life today.

Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. If you don't take care of yourself you can't take care of anyone else.Great job, I find with good music I can go an hour on my Gazelle and not even realize it. You can do it! We are here to help! Welcome and get active on this site. emoticon
