End of Week 5 - 2/23/16

This week I lost 4.1lbs for a total of 15.2lbs in 5 weeks!
Making healthy choices when eating gets easier and easier, and I love getting in my workouts. Also loving my fitbit still more and more, after having it for a few days now I can see that I stay moving more to be sure I get those steps in. I know the techs and other nurses are loving that because I volunteer to do all the 15min rounds on the patients. Haha
Getting healthy 1 step at a time, and having fun doing it!!
