End of Week 5 - 2/23/16

This week I lost 4.1lbs for a total of 15.2lbs in 5 weeks! Making healthy choices when eating gets easier and easier, and I love getting in my workouts. Also loving my fitbit still more and more, after having it for a few days now I can see that I stay moving more to be sure I get those steps in. I know the techs and other nurses are loving that because I volunteer to do all the 15min rounds on the patients. Haha Getting healthy 1 step at a time, and having fun doing it!!

    Good job! I love my fit bit too, it really helps me find creative ways to fit in more steps, and with heart problems, that can be difficult some days. Keep up the good work.
